Temps de Vi: One Platform, Multiple Experiences

For years, each event organized by the Temps de Vi association had its own independent website: Temps de Vi, Temps de Vermut, Mostra de Vins de Castelldefels, and Fira de Novembre. While each event had its own identity, managing multiple platforms created fragmentation, duplicated efforts, and diluted the overall digital strategy.

Our mission was to rethink the ecosystem from the ground up and create a single platform capable of bringing all events together while preserving the unique personality of each one.

Task

UX and UI design, user flow definition, website architecture planning, Figma prototyping, responsive web design, frontend development, content organization, conversion optimization, and implementation of a dynamic visual system capable of adapting to each event’s branding.

Challenge

The biggest challenge was finding the right balance between unification and differentiation.

The association needed a single website to strengthen SEO performance, centralize content management, and improve the user experience. However, each event already had a strong visual identity and a loyal audience. The new platform needed to feel cohesive while still allowing each event to maintain its own character.

Objective

Create a scalable digital ecosystem that could host multiple wine-related events under a single domain, improve discoverability, simplify management, and provide visitors with a seamless experience regardless of which event they were exploring.

At the same time, the platform needed to support future growth and allow new events to be incorporated without requiring additional websites.

Approach

The project began with a complete review of the existing digital ecosystem. Through user flow analysis and content mapping, we identified opportunities to simplify navigation and reduce fragmentation.

Using Figma, we designed and prototyped the entire experience before development, allowing stakeholders to validate structure, navigation, and visual hierarchy early in the process.

A flexible design system was created to serve as the foundation of the platform. While the overall structure remains consistent, the website dynamically adapts its colors, imagery, content, and products depending on the event the user is viewing, creating the feeling of a dedicated website within a unified ecosystem.

Execution

The result is a centralized platform that brings together all events under a single digital home while preserving the personality of each one.

Visitors can seamlessly navigate between events, discover activities, purchase tickets, and access relevant information without feeling disconnected from the individual identity of each fair.

From a marketing perspective, the new platform strengthens brand consistency, consolidates SEO authority, simplifies content management, and creates a scalable foundation for future growth. What was once a collection of separate websites is now a connected digital ecosystem designed to evolve alongside the association and its events.
