Granier is one of Spain’s most recognized bakery brands, with hundreds of locations and a loyal customer base. As they stepped into the world of e-commerce, we were in charge of shaping the entire user experience — from designing the UX/UI to launching a fully functional, mobile-first online store. Our work focused on creating a seamless, intuitive platform that aligned with Granier’s values: warmth, quality, and accessibility.
Our involvement covered the full UX and UI design of the e-commerce platform, including user journey mapping, interface design, and responsive layout development. We also implemented secure multi-method payment integration, custom backend connections to Granier’s internal systems, and developed store locators and order functionalities. Beyond the shop, we created dedicated landing pages to promote Granier’s professional training programs and ensured all components were optimized for performance and ease of use.
The challenge was to bring a well-known traditional brand into the digital space without losing its identity. Granier’s e-commerce experience needed to feel as warm and approachable as their neighborhood bakeries, while still delivering modern expectations: speed, simplicity, and trust.

We designed the entire e-commerce user journey, focusing on simplicity, clarity, and speed. Every touchpoint — from homepage to checkout — was built to guide the user with minimal clicks and zero confusion.
The UI blends Granier’s warmth and tradition with a modern interface: clean layouts, soft tones, and clear product visuals. We prioritized mobile usability, with large tappable areas, minimal forms, and an easy step-by-step process.
The platform integrates various payment options (credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) and flexible delivery or in-store pickup. The backend was developed to work in sync with Granier’s internal systems, ensuring orders are easily managed and fulfilled in each store.
In addition to the e-commerce platform, we designed and developed custom landing pages for Granier’s vocational training programs, aimed at attracting future bakers and supporting talent acquisition through a clear, focused digital funnel.
The final product is an intuitive, fully responsive e-commerce site that feels just as welcoming as visiting a Granier bakery. It’s more than a store — it’s an extension of the brand’s philosophy: making good bread easy to enjoy, wherever you are. The project also opens new digital touchpoints for Granier, including recruitment and professional education, reinforcing their position as a forward-thinking, community-driven brand.
